K'ai Men is a Taoist Qigong/Yoga exercise that opens the doors to our Physical, Mental and Spiritual levels, allowing us as individuals to develop a deeper sense of awareness, understanding and connection to our inner selves and to Heaven & Earth.

There are over 500 K'ai Men exercises that help to develop both Balance, Co-ordination and Concentration as well as whole body flexibility within each individual. Each exercise as a soft, gentle flowing Yin method, as well as a strong, dynamic Yang method.
The Taoist Yoga style of K'ai Men is suitable for both the young and the old as a way to maintaining and improving good health and fitness. The exercises can be performed in a small area of space, either indoors or outdoors.
The Taoist Meditation that is taught involves massage techniques to stimulate the acupuncture points & channels to help remove slow and stagnant blood, blocked energy. The aim of the Taoist Meditation is to open the "Lesser & Greater Heavenly Circulation" and lead the individual towards the "Union With The Tao".
Usually the practice of the Taoist Yoga style of K'ai Men is taught alongside the Li style Taijiquan, especially on workshops. But to get the best out of this unique Taoist exercise it should be practised on its own, so that the individual can fully receive its benefits.
