Qingda means light contact. It is a fast, cardiovascular sport exercise that combines punching, kicking, blocking and throwing techniques.
It is a fun and enjoyable sport that everyone can be involved in as the age limit is from 8 years to 50 years.

Qingda Chinese kick boxing is performed on mats, to a limited area.
The Li Family Internal Arts Association holds regular classes and courses for individuals to train in this fast growing sport. Skilful individuals can also enter competitions held by the B.C.C.M.A.
Sanshou means heavy contact. Like Qingda, but the individual can now punch and kick with full power. It also includes fast throwing techniques. It develops a high level of fitness, body conditioning and flexibility. The age limit for competitive level is from 18 years to 35 years.
